Last Friday, I was on the LRT on the way to work when it passed over this stretch of undeveloped land. Among the overgrown weed and bushes, there was a small plot of cleared land with a pile of abandoned timber on it. Close to the pile of wood, a female, tan-coloured wild dog was nosing around with her 4 puppies, which were all very fat and chubby looking.
It had a feel of being on a helicopter (or at least an elevated viewing platform) watching the local wildlife going about their daily habits. The puppies were nosing and playing around, and was reminiscent of those National Geographic documentaries of the dingoes or hyenas in a small pack.
As its quite unlikely I'll ever end up on a safari, this is most probably the closest I'll ever get, lol!
