Ryusei no Kizuna ga Suki!

I watched Ryusei no Kizuna last night!

JUST last night because:
(1) the stupid file wouldn't let me download past 340mb last Saturday, no internet connection on Sunday, and it took me almost 3 hours to download darned part4 (100mb filesize) of the 9-part file yesterday and
(2)softsubs came out while I had no internet!

Apparently I wasn't meant to watch it this weekend...which turned out to be a good thing, because I actually went out and met with friends who've graduated already. Yes, I'm somewhat bitter about still being in college, but it's my fault, so whatever.

I got the impression that:
(1) Nino's character (Koichi, right?) is smart!!! BUT he's also waaay creepy. >.> STALKERRRRRRRRRRR!!!! But he'd make a good spy, I think...
(2) Ryo's character (Taisuke) is kinda stupid... he's also very stubborn, and kinda rebellious I can relate and...he takes family quite seriously. Actually, I guess they all do..?
(3) Erika's character (Shii) is also somewhat stupid, but very genki and/or emotional...

I wanted to watch it again at least once before posting, but oh well..no time, since I was at my OJT the whole day :( but I only have to go 3 more times, yay~! ;)

Edit: I forgot to put my favorite part. Taisuke and Koichi's reactions to Shii handing out "c-c-c- birth control" just WINS!!! >D
and when Shii said it wouldn't have been her first time... *both brothers freeze in SHOCK* lol!!!! XD ohhh, overprotective big brothers XD

I want to see the next episode already! Partly because I want to know what happened next in the investigation 15 years ago...and partly because I want to know what they will do next in present time~! <3

I have a midterm exam tomorrow! But it's not the typical midterms...we have to make a work of art interpreting a selection, any selection in the teacher's list yes, this is the subject where I know the teacher and she knows me...and we're about the same age x.x

AND I'm in trouble, because I STILL can't decide what to do! I think I'll just do a "dramatic reading" of part of "The Good Body" by Eve Ensler.
Ideas I considered:
1.) Singing "Ugoy ng Duyan" (trans: "Rocking of the Cradle") -> related to one of the readings BUT has the opposite message >.<
2.) Dramatic reading of "Like This" by Jellaludin Rumi -> nice poem, but I'm not sure what to wear and/or what props to bring, etc
3.) Singing TLC's "Unpretty" -> "The Good Body" TOTALLY reminds me of this except for the line in the song "Just a little bit skinny" >.> again, the opposite of what the excerpt we were given is saying
4.) Dramatic reading of part of "The Good Body" -> the part we were given involves eating ice cream!!! >D part of the lure, lol! XD and I can totally relate to the message of the selection, because I think eating is more important than starving myself to be thinner. >.> though sometimes I go on an "unintentional diet", not feeding myself because I want to do something else, like surf the net in a "no eating" zone

and other random things that were discarded... I'll probably post tomorrow to say how it went...not that anyone really cares ;_; maaaa, I'll need all the luck in the world, since I'm starting so late!

Though I'm starting late, Gambarimasu!
