So. I got my haircut two days ago, into a sharp long-ish bob. I go over to my folks' place for dinner yesterday and my Mum also got her hair cut (just that morning) - into a sharp long-ish bob. It's the same haircut. I look exactly like my Mum.
This could be worse - my Mum is pretty smokin' for a 60 year old. But it doesn't change the fact that I look exactly like my Mum.
I'm not sure what to do about this yet, and if there is a graceful fix for our twin-ness.
Fall is approaching, and fall means lots of new delicious clothes in lovely fabrics and colours. A black cotton blazer (mostly for work) has crept into my wardrobe, along with a green diamond print sweater with 3/4 length sleeves with cute little buttons, $60 worth of underwear, and a pair of skinny jeans.
Yes. Skinny jeans. I'm still debating those. They're delicious and I LURV them, but skinny jeans a) tend to adorn the lithe young legs of 13-18 year olds, and b) I'm scared that they'll go way, way out of style in the next 6 months. But they do make me feel terribly bohemian.
Skinny jeans... are they a win???
