Another Flat Tire

My bike, which by the way I love, is also the bain of my existence! Yesterday I was walking my bike to the bike repair shop and I was feeling upbeat although I must have looked pathetic when my flat went worse! How on earth could a flat be worse? I assure that I had no idea until it happened to me. My entire inner tube came out and proceeded to wrap around the chain of my back wheel. OMG! So, now my bike isn't rolling and I and literally dragging it down the street! How friggin embarassing. On my pathetic adventure I encouter another member of the biking community who said, "Aw, you had a wreck!" I just nodded yes, but the said truth is that my wreck occure after my flat (LOL). Can I say that my bike is heavy as hell! Dragging it 1/2 a mile in the blarring heat of the sunshine state was more then a workout.

As I am approximately two blocks away from the bike repair shop I hear this dude yellin from the bus stop, "Hey you need the bus?!". What do you think buddy if I am dragging this bike AWAY from the bus stop. Then at the next corner, this dude is trying to holla (why is always the guy riding shot gun?), and "Is like can I have your bike?" And I was like yes please take this bain of my exisitence away.

Finally I arrive at the bike shop and drag my bike in and I sweating like a slave. The indignity of it all. Did I mention that like every 8 weeks it seems that I get a flat, did I mention that this time (because I dragged the heck of it) I actually needed a brand new tire! IT was like $28.00 to get my bike fixed! It was almost like buying gas w/o the getting any AC.

You know what really gets me is that all those people saw me strugglin and looked on or said redundant things, but did anybody help me? NO. Whatever happened to Mayberry? Rascal Flatts is right.
