morning !
last night i got my last few chores done that need to happen before my trip this weekend. i also found out that i have to go up to slo in a few weeks, which kinda sucks cos it's a long drive, but my parents will be in town also that weekend for the lighthouse century, so i might as well go and have fun anyway. =b
tarang is throwing a party tonight cos jeniene and christian, the summer interns that have been an integral part of the new-hire group, are leaving after today to go back to school. =( i'm gonna miss jeniene's sweet personality and christian's bad jokes. =( but i suppose i don't really get to hang out with them as much anymore because i'm so busy with my project, so it's not too bad. still, i hope they find the time to visit and hang out with us sometime. =b
i'm super happy about this weekend... get to see him tomorrow ! yay =))))
on a related note, american airlines has deals once in a while if their flights aren't filling up (i assume), and *sometimes* they offer a really cheap fare to austin, but you don't find out until right before the weekend. for example, i found out that they're offering a cheap flight this weekend, but i didn't get the email until monday or something. it'd be great, except i already have a ticket. =b it'd be so awesome to get an email one day and say, "oh ! i guess i'm going to visit jeff this weekend !" i smell a few surprise visits sometime in the future. ;)
