Oh well. Apart from my old soft spot for Italy as the underdogs, I've been really impressed over the last few weeks by the way they never stop scrapping, even when they're scrappy in a different sense. Disappointed, but there was nothing in that to make me feel robbed.
Amused to hear the England commentators taking Italy's win as a good omen - they do seem to have been quite shaken by the Scotland match. Still, if they're not acting like they deserve a win just for existing, I don't suppose I'd mind if they got it. Hard to see past Ireland, though...
