- From all the dolls you own, who is your favorite? Why?
- Ylden Frei. Because he's the main character of my BJD world. He's also my first. :3
- Explain how you managed to get into BJD collecting.
- Back in high school I wanted to buy a wooden mannequin so I could dress it up with things I make. In college I came across the anime Rozen Maiden, and that's where I got introduced to BJD's. It was kind of a natural progression from the ball-jointed wooden mannequin, with better aesthetics and near-infinite customization possibilities.
- Name the very first doll you ever bought.
- Ylden Frei, a Luts KDF Yuz. Got him straight from the company in 18 b.days!
- Which doll do you plan to buy next?
- Maybe a Luts KDF Peach head and a DreamingDoll LElva girl body. Or a FL Pukipuki Pongpong. :P
- Are you currently waiting on any dolls?
- Thankfully, none at the moment. ^_^

- 2!

- Hector Blake, a DreamingDoll LElva boy Hiro. Got him straight from the company in 17 b.days!
- What is the worst thing about this hobby?
- The waiting time. The shipping costs. The customs hassle (which I am thankfully not subjected to yet, living in Bulacan and all ^_^). The lack of a local retailer.
- What is the best thing about this hobby?
- The customization. You can practically customize everything, as long as you know how (and sometimes even if you don't!). ^_^
- Which is your best dolly photo?

- Which is your favorite BJD company?
- Luts. Reliable service and good quality. Their aesthetics also fit my criteria quite nicely.
- What dolls are on your wishlist?
- A WithDoll Taren "Surfing Boy", an SD sized girl I am yet to settle a sculpt on (it's currently DDoll Mature Judy) which I'm gonna mod into a fantasy piece, and a PukiPuki Pongpong (yes, I really really need to have one ^_^).
- Are there any dolls you wished you had never purchased?
- Thankfully none yet. I was worried I would regret purchasing Blake, before he came in that is.
- Who's your favorite faceup artists?
- I'm ashamed to say I cannot remember the names of the artists, but I absolutely adore the ultra-manly face-ups (Hassan, Kevya the Wolf among others) and the fresh sun-kissed no-makeup all-natural looks.
- What is a must when considering a dollie purchase?
- First is scale. Everything must be proportional to Frei, and that includes future dollie acquisitions (the SD height is capped at 60cm, which is why I limit myself to girl SD's). Next is sculpt quality, which must be harmonious with Frei's midway anime/realistic features. The poseability features are considered, but only secondary (they can be modded in anyways).
