mix of high and low gluten wheat flour i think... but hor but hor! the best bao must use LOW GLUTEN flour and liberal dose of rising agent then will be fluffy ok, ladies!?

And i am stuck in mongolia now. it is sunday. life sucks.

I think self raising flour you cannot control the amt of raising agent inside so a bit risky!

And I got back at 0600hrs today... and went to work by 0945hrs. seebeh shag.

OMG. 6am ANDDEN go to work. WAH LAU!!!!

Am in macau now and saw what i thought was large Japanese men on the ferry. I found out that they were Mongolians!!!! Man. there were like, JC BQ! HUGE! (And I told Kit about your feelings about the place- gurgling blood and all. He LOLed.)
