Busy
I've been busier lately so I haven't posted even though I did a lot. Father's Day weekend was busy, and then I've been doing a lot of faceups and those take all day. Went to see American English with my brother. The fireworks were last night which was weird because they have always been on the 4th since forever. Half of Lockport didn't know.
Well, I've finally gotten two of my dream dolls! Since the end of last year I've been hunting for certain dolls because I really really wanted them, but since they were limited they were either no where to be found or were a ridiculous price. Finally about 2 weeks ago I finally found them for sale (within a few days apart) for cheaper than retail price, all default too! Finally, I have Volks YoSD Remi and Volks MSD Mihmi!!!!
I feel like my collection is more complete after obtaining these dolls. I'm so incredibly happy. I found Remi first on the DoA marketplace for a super cheap price, and she was completely default and perfect!! I found Mihmi a few days later on Mandarake Japan and she was also fullset and perfect condition!!! Soooo incredibly happy. I've been saving up for this moment, and now that I have them I'm so happy. Did I mention that dolls make me so happy?
I didn't really take photos of my Remi (named Choco) yet, so I will just post Mihmi.

I was getting pretty excited at this point.
Unwrapped! This is her default faceup, I hate it so much! I can't stand black dots in the corner of mouths. I wiped her faceup the next day.
I had a hard time getting out the hot glue in my Remi's eyes....... and then I seen this and was like OMG! All that glue...... it was so difficult getting it all out!!
Here she is in her default everything. The wig is really nasty though, I put it away in her box and I won't be using it. I'm glad though that she came as a fullset.
I love her sculpt so much. I can't resist smiles like that.
Ok, so the day after I got her I wiped her faceup because I really really did not like it. I finally finished her faceup a few days ago and she look so much better and cuter!!!!!! Here is her faceup:

I'm working on making a clothes store still so I hope I have enough pieces by Nov or Dec to make an Etsy store. I'll work on a few faceup commissions too. My current wishlist for future dolls:
1. Volks Kurumi or Luna (too hard to get)
2. Unoa Lusis
3. Volks Elena (shes standard so I'll get her later)
4. Minifee body (for my Juri head that I've had for over a year)
5. A few Yos...
