I have not forgotten about you livejournal. I just have found xanga more widely used... so I will copy xanga to livejournal and you can all be happy. Here goes :)
To all my xanga readers, my profoundest apologies for my lack of updating. I was doing so well too! Well see I went home for vacation and the internet used to only be at my dad's office, and now, thanks to my handy work and a bit of help from the verizon online support center (go team go) we have it at home. Of course this means hours of endless fun and procrastination for when I come home... WOOHOO! Ok, so what's been going on?
As previously mentioned I have been on vacation back home in good ole' NH and have been having a fairly good time. On the first day I made my mom cry, on the second my sister in law.... I would say I'm having a good track record But things are better now and I've had an emotional breakdown myself while being here... so home is DEFINITELY where the heart is. Hmm, the weather has been nice, and aparently I need to get a tan because 2 of my friends have mentioned my blindingly white legs.... they aren't THAT bad!
I got one paper done out of 3, so I didn't do as much as I had hoped. Though I do still have tomorrow, and the night is still young so maybe I could get something done tonight. haha yeah right. I have also realized my deep phobia of the dentist. I was supposed to call him while I was here, and I didn't, so yeah... hopefully my teeth won't rot out like in my dream!
OH YEAH. I had a job interview with Child and Family Services group home and things went extremely well. Now all I'm waiting for is a call back... though if they don't call by monday night, I'll call them. The pay isn't extremely good, but they have health and dental benefits, and I just love working with teens, so the experience in doing that will be great. The only downer, is that it's midnight to 8am. Yay third shift! Anyway, I'm beginning to like my new assertive self (though I need to work on not making people cry)
Other random news, I got a hair cut and some highlights. I'm beginning to like the blonde again, now that it's not so redish-brownish-blondish-orangish.. yeah let's not talk about that. So, overall, I'm doing well, and I'm trying to see things a bit more clearly in my life and get a handle on things. Cause graduation is so freakin close! Agh! Ok, enough for this entry. Night.
