FINALS AHOY.
My finals for this semester are in full swing. I had 1.5 today (Nuclear World, my history course, and my voice jury final), and I think both went pretty well! I got my grade back on a 1-credit course final, which was slightly lower than I wanted but I believe I still have an A overall in the course (and honestly that's what matters with college grades). I definitely need to learn to actually, y'know, proofread my essays prior to submitting them as I go into higher level courses. The feedback is always the same: excellent analysis, excellent ideas, but slightly fluffy/needs proofreading.
The one I'm most concerned for, Modern Physics, is Wednesday. I need to do five chapters tonight and five chapters + last year's final tomorrow, plus the review session. I just REALLY want to get above a 75 on it. I know that sounds like I'm aiming low, but this is the class where a >69 is a C+ (I think >75 is a B+, and an >85 is an A. MODERN IS HARD OKAY. XD)
Then I have a break until next Monday, when I've got my Experimental Atomic Physics final (just submitting a poster addressing what my lab group did for our special project) and my calc exam (which I'll need to study for because my professor definitely didn't teach us anything). Then psychology on Wednesday, then DONE!
Over winter break I'll need to be filling out internship applications, but I also want to do some sewing projects and hopefully do some photoshoots with Thom. I think I'm back to being on the fence with Clio, but since my family adores her I think she'll be sticking around (and since I'm fucking terrified of DoA sales now because of a really unfortunate interaction during a swap resulting in my getting negative feedback making me paranoid). I want to get her a green wig at some point and really turn her into an earth/history sprite (I associate the color green with history I DO NOT KNOW WHY). As I said before, I think she's gonna be my project doll.
I should REALLY get back to studying now, though, byeee.
