How people react to it: I can see Superboy being a little weary of the cat at first because he's never seen one up close before and he's not sure if he likes it or not. Eventually he'd warm up to it, though, if it showed him some love.
M'gann would adore it and attempt to knit small outfits for it. (Like, a mini batman suit. It would be the BatCat) End of story.
I don't think Wally would like it very much. Maybe too much cat hair or maybe cats just don't usually like him very much and he's sure this one is the same. Maybe he just dones't like cats period. (I see him as a dog person.)
Robin wouldn't mind or care, so long as it doens't get into his things. Kalder might be a little annoyed by the constand licking, but he'd like the cat anyway. I'd see him as against having a cat, but once M'gann bugs him too much he gives in and it grows on him.
(If it ends up being the BatCat thing, I can see Batman showing up one day, gathering the YJ together, holding up the cat, and basically being all "what the fudge is this guys, no pets allowed. And why is he wearing a mask?"
M'gann: He's your mini-me.)
