Taking cues from actual Miss Martian's comic backstory, so it might not sync with TV canon.

It's not like she was new to attractions or relationships. During her time in hiding, she had been interested in a boy, though he never gave her the time of day and even had a brief "boyfriend" before moving in with her Uncle John. And there was no reason to be jealous, because she was happy that her new friends had found each other after all.
Still, Miss Martian couldn't help but stare every time Aqualad and Superboy did something that labeled them as "together."
There was no point ignoring it either, since they were living together and it wasn't like they were even hiding what they were doing. They'd talk with each other, always standing too close or they'd spar and end up grabbing each other too much.
Nobody else minded or cared, though she had half convinced herself that Kid Flash or Robin hadn't even noticed them acting differently and maybe that was what caused her so much trouble. They weren't being completely obvious, she told herself, when she see Aqualad's grip lingered on Superboy's hand; if anyone was watching, they'd be able to tell right away.
So why did she feel so... odd about it.
That wasn't right either. It wasn't an "odd" feeling she'd get when she'd see them together, it was more like she couldn't understand why they'd act like this was a bad thing. Love was something to be cherished, something that was treasured and kept safe, so that no others could take it away.
When she'd see other fighting, destroying love, it caused such an anger to boil in the pit of her stomach. Everything about her people had been about war, causing pain and hurting others, so there was something so special to be in love. She wanted to grab the both of them, shake them by their shoulders and yell;
"Don't let him slip away!"
Because there was so great a chance that everything could be ruined. Where would that leave the both of them if they let their love be wrecked? Could they go on? Would they survive? Love was something that people would throw their lives away for. The sort of love that both boys were taking such small steps towards. That was also the kind of love that could be destroyed, could be torn apart and she didn't want to see that.
She wanted to see them at each other's sides for as long as possible.
"Miss Martian," Superboy called over, waving his hand to get her attention. "We're leaving soon!"
"Ah, okay!" She smiled, waving her hand back and hurried to follow the others. She'd defend their love, defend it until they were both ready to admit what they were feeling and could fight for it on their own. She'd make sure of it because...

Because maybe she was a little bit jealous of it.
