Dick heard the Bioship land, voices of both the his team and the League suddenly audible through the security cams. Cocking his head in concern, Dick wondered where Wally was; usually the boy was the loudest of the group, and not hearing his voice was rather... worrying. But Batman had told him there were no injuries, so where -
Blinking in confusion, he leaned closer to the screen in front of him. There he was. But something was off - the rest of the group was giving him a wide birth, cautiously walking in a circle around him. Almost like they were herding him.
Worried despite Batman’s words, Dick stood carefully, hobbling over to the door as fast as he could with his hurt leg. Getting shot in the thigh was not fun, if only because of the enforced bed-rest. Entering the hallway, Dick gracefully flipped onto his hands, using them to quickly move down the hallway at a faster speed then his legs would allow, making a mental note to erase the security footage later.
When he neared the door to the hanger, Dick flipped onto his legs once again, landing gracefully with his good leg and slowly straightening from there. Hobbling forward again, he opened the door to see what was going on.
The heros were herding Wally, watching his every move as they slowly forced him forward. The group was in a small circle, only a short gap facing Dick - the direction in which they wanted Wally to move. Watching in person, Dick could suddenly understand the odd behavior - something was wrong with Wally. The red-haired teen was glaring around the room, body crouched defensively as he warily watched the people around him. Every so often he would let out a soft growl when he made eye contact or when someone moved too close.
The team was watching him closely, faces a mix of confusion and concern. The League, too, was concerned, but they were less wary of the teen. Barry looked frantic with worry, like he was barely restraining himself from running over and coddling his nephew.
Batman, on the other hand, just looked bored.
“What’s going on?” Dick asked, looking to Batman. “You said no-one was hurt.”
Batman frowned. “He’s not. They did, however, hit him with some drug that’s addled with his brain chemistry. As soon as we get him contained I’ll find how to reverse the toxin.”
Dick nodded, noticing the rest of the room suddenly freeze. Glancing at Wally, he found the teen staring at him, green eyes sharp as he registered every movement the younger boy made. The next thing Dick knew, his back was pressed against a strong chest, arms wrapping around his body and crushing him even closer to the person behind him. Blinking in slight confusion at how fast the speedster moved, Dick froze, watching as everyone in the room panicked at Wally’s sudden movement.
Except Batman. He looked furious.
“Robin, don’t. Move.” he ordered, pulling a small gun from his belt. Dick knew it just held a tranquilizer, but from the look on everyone else’s face, he was the only one.
“Batman,” Barry sputtered, “You can’t just - just shoot him! He hasn’t even hurt Robin!”
“Not yet, he hasn’t,” Batman growled, aiming the gun just beyond Dick’s right shoulder. “Besides, it just holds a tranquilizer -”
“- the effects of which could harm him depending on how it reacts with the drug currently in his system.” Dick interrupted, giving his mentor a Look. “It’s too dangerous to use, anyway - you know that, Batman. And Flash is right - he’s not hurting me so there’s no need to be drastic.”
The cowl’s eyes narrowed in annoyance. After a tense minute, Batman reluctantly lowered the gun. Barry nearly fainted in relief, giving Dick a bright smile of gratitude, and glanced back at his nephew. Hands up in a placating gesture, Barry took a slow step forward, smile faltering when Wally started to growl again.

“Mine.”
You could hear a pin drop in the ensuing silence. Dick’s face flooded with heat, and he was sure his face matched the bottom half of Wally’s costume, his embarrassment not helped by the murderous aura emanating from Batman’s direction. He thought he heard someone snicker behind him and decided right then that he was going to die of mortification. And Wally wasn’t allowed to his funeral.
“Mine,” Wally hissed again, clutching Dick tighter and stepping backwards again. Dick assumed that Barry had taken another step forward, and decided that whatever they were trying wasn’t working. Lifting his head from Wally’s neck (and attempting to ignore the teen’s soft growl and they way his hand shifted to grasp the back of his neck, fingers dipping under the hem of his sweater), Dick glanced over at Batman.
Ignoring the way Bats was attempting to murder Wally with his eyes, he asked, “Where were you trying to take him?”
Never taking his eyes off the young speedster, Batman tilted his head slightly, calculating his options. “... his room would probably be best,” the man eventually replied. “But Robin, if you so much as think he may try to harm you, you are ordered to knock him out. Do you understand?”
“Yes, sir,” Dick replied, rolling his eyes.
Pulling away from the teen slowly, Dick smiled gently up at Wally, who was watching him, feral eyes annoyed as Dick continued to move away. The arm around his waist moved, the hand sliding over his back until it rested on his hip. Wally’s other hand slid around to the side of his throat, thumb switching between pressing lightly against his pulse and stroking softly down his wind-pipe. Swallowing nervously, Dick reached up to grab the hand around his neck, freezing slightly as Wally’s eyes narrowed and a low rumble made its way up from his chest. Despite his obvious displeasure, Wally allowed Dick to pull away slightly, the red-head’s hand still clutched in his. Dick smiled again, sure he was going to be able to lead Wally back to his room when he, forgetting why he stayed home in the first place, stepped back onto his bad leg.
Dick let out a sharp cry as pain laced through his body. His knees buckled, and just as he was going to crumple to the ground he felt an arm slip under his legs, another around his back as Wally caught him mid-fall.
Suddenly, Dick found himself in another room, being gently laid onto a bed, Wally climbing in with him, hovering over the smaller teen on all fours as Dick caught his breath. The comm link in his ear buzzed to life, Batman (sounding frantic only to Dick) demanding his status and location.

There was no reply, but when Batman finally entered the room he was calm. Furious, still - but calm. His eye twitched when he saw Dick’s shirt and the way Wally was crouched over the boy, but all he did was take out a white box and put it on Dick’s bedside table.
“There’s a toxin kit in here. When he’s calmed down a bit, prick his finger and put some blood into the analyzer. The data will be sent to my lab, so I can find an antidote from there.” Eyeing the speedster, he asked, “Are you sure you feel comfortable with him here? I could -”
“It’s fine, Batman,” Dick said with a smile, both members of the Dynamic Duo ignoring Wally’s angry growls. “Really.”
Batman hesitated for a second longer, then nodded, sweeping out of the room with one final glare at Wally.
Once the door closed, Wally turned his attention back to Dick, eyeing him critically for - something. Dick wasn’t quite sure what. But whatever it was, Wally must of found it, for he relaxed slightly, nuzzling into Dick’s neck. The Boy Wonder flushed again, but it was ignored by Wally, who flopped over to one side and pulled Dick to him, spooning against him and nuzzling the back of his head.
Dick just sighed and tried not to think too hard about what was happening. Then he squirmed as Wally gently bit the back of his neck.
It was going to be a long night.

This was the part I most worried about deviating from the prompt. But... I just couldn't help myself.
