Okay, so the two of them have been dating (whether it's been since before YJ surfaced, around Targets, whatever you choose). Both the League and Young Justice don't know anything about it. It's not that they're particularly keeping it a secret. It's just not something that's ever come up, and it would have been bothersome to just state it.
So YJ was attacked in Homefront. I want to see Roy either busting in somehow and going off on the League for not keeping their shit together (maybe Kaldur sent him an sos through the commlink?) or Roy finally snapping after seeing how Kaldur is trying to take care of everyone in the aftermath of everything but is forgetting to take care of himself.
Somewhere during Roy's flip out, their relationship becomes known. Young Justice and/or Justice League is surprised like whoa!
Tldr; Homefront aftermath, Roy's angry out of love, YJ and JL are caught off guard. I want see the YJ and JL's reactions. Whether they response positively or negatively or a mix of the two is up to you. :)
Bonus: If you could somehow squeeze in the two of them being openly affectionate (hugs, kisses, etc) would be loved. ♥

He doesn't bother correcting the automatic voice that spazzs a little when it called out his name. He tries hard not to look at the damage around the base because his imagination was already in overdrive because of the distress signal he had received not to long ago.
So they're rather surprised when he bursts in without preamble and heads directly towards Aqualad and his mentor.
"What is Red Arrow doing here?" Artemis mutters frowning.
Well, her question was answered when the red-haired archer stops in front of Aqualad.
"Are you okay?"
"Of course." Aqualad is carefully not looking at him. He's embarrassed, really, because sometimes Red Arrow wasn't-
"Look at me!" Red Arrow tilts his chin up. "Are you alright?"
"Listen here, Red Arrow, I would like-" Aquaman began before he received a harsh glare from him.
"No, you listen to me." He turns to him and then unleashed said glare on the rest of them. "Where the hell were you all when they needed you? They could've all died!"
"Red Arrow, I think -" Green Arrow began.
"You think? You actually used that thing you call a brain?" He scoffs, "While you were on a date, they were trying to get help. Kaldur could've died and you wouldn't have even noticed. Just what kind of place are you running here?"
Aqualad places a hand on his shoulder, "Roy, that's enough. They couldn't have known-"
"Bullshit." Still, he was somewhat mollified by his expression and pulls him close, "Are you alright though?"
"I will be."He leans into him and breathes out slowly.
"Good, because you're coming with me."
"What?" Aquaman doesn't like this. Not one bit, "Just who do you think you are?"
"His boyfriend." Red Arrow retains his annoyed look.
"Wait, you're dating?" That was probably the first words out of the Flash's mouth because he's stopped working on freeing his nephew for the moment.
He only began steering Aqualad out of the Cave with his arm around his waist, "We're leaving. I told you this wasn't a good idea, but you never listen to me."
Kaldur had said something that only those of superhearing could hear. "I could not stay overnight. There were things that needed to be taken care of."
Canary looks over at Green Arrow, who seemed to be in the center of attention, "Did you know about this?"
"Ah...not ..really?" He gives a sheepish grin.
"This better not disrupt the team's missions." Was all Batman had to say before he stalks off with Robin in tow-he made sure his sidekick followed him.
"Well...that bursts that theory." Artemis mutters. Getting up, though she turns to watch the rest of them finish fishing Kid Flash and Superboy out of the metal-or was it ice?- traps. "No wonder he threatened me. Worried about his boyfriend. Figures."
"Are you sure this is acceptable?" Superman muttered to Aquaman. "I mean-"
Aquaman raises a brow at him, "As if you have grounds to question anything."
He glances at Superboy then at Superman and simply walks away. At least he knew something about his protege. Of course, his words rang even truer since Superman tried to beat back a blush.
Yeah, he really didn't have any real say here.

AN: Annnd done. o.o; Short fill is short. *snorts* we all know when Roy says 'they' he means 'Aqualad/Kaldur.'. xD; It's my headcannon that after Red Tornado told Kaldur about Green Arrow's date that he in turn called Roy and told him.
