Wally's whole personality seemed to have changed, even Robin commented on it. Kid Flash didn't remember his best friend, didn't have powers, and didn't even care about his personal welfare. He wasn't eating and all he cared about was "Being just like Uncle Barry".
Bruce had never seen the child so self-destructive in his life.
They caught him three times trying to recreate the accident that gave Barry his powers. When they questioned him Wally just shrugged and gave a toothy smile.
Then, Batman's biggest fear happened.
It hit Robin.
The Dark Knight had been working so furiously to get the antidote before his adopted son caught it but he was too slow.
Bruce found Dick trying to sneak out his window. When he spotted Bruce the child practically leaped out the god damn thing. Luckily for them both Bruce was still in his Batman gear because he launched himself out the window to save his son before the child broke bones in his fear, using a grappling hook to keep them in one piece.
He had been afraid that due to the amount of years the other kids had de-aged Robin would de-age to before the point where Bruce met him and now it had happened.
The child kicked and screamed, even going as far as bite Bruce on the hand, demanding him to let him go. His accent was thick and he seemed to be even more agile then he was at thirteen. Bruce had to resort to keeping the Boy Wonder sedated so he wouldn't hurt himself in his fight to get back to his parents.
The antidote was created just in time and was delivered to each member successfully.
But it wasn't over.
The antidote wasn't a quick "poof-and-your-normal-again" type fix. Each child had to grow back up. They aged about a year a day, too.
Dick was the first to get back to his normal age but not before Bruce had to get him back through his parent death. He held the boy at night while he cried and while this was something Bruce and Dick had already gone through it didn't make it any easier.
Wally was the next. He got his powers back at age thirteen and everything seemed to even out for him from there on.
Then there was Artemis who, sadly, didn't seem to get better until she hit fourteen. Until then she screamed at Oliver, fought Roy, and begged them both not to let her daddy hurt her again.
Superboy's change was the most peaceful. He slept for most of it and when he awoke Clark actually decided to be a father this time around so it wasn't too bad.
J'onn didn't bring M'gann back until she was fully aged. According to him the puberty time of a Martian was very violent. So, in the end, it was better she was kept on Mars with her people.
Kaldur also didn't return until he was fully aged and Arthur didn't give up any information on what had transpired during his de-aging or re-aging.
In the end everyone regained their memories and no one seemed to have lasting physical effects.
Emotionial, however?
Well, how do you think you'd react to reliving your childhood nightmares for a second time?

This story is awesome, lol, sorry for the long somewhat smishy-worded run-on sentency review. xD
