In short: 'What's one more?' a hell of a lot of fun trouble.
----
Dick collapsed into his bed after seeing Wally off on Sunday. 'What's one more?' he had thought when the plan had formed in his brain. 'One more' had completely exhausted him. He loved his siblings, and he enjoyed his time with Wally, but having them together in the same place was far too tiring. He was going to enjoy his nap then he would go eat dinner, then he would try and get Damian and Cass to agree to behave without the threat of 'and if you don't I'll let Jason break whatever he wants', but he would use it if he had to.
----
Timothy Drake sat in his bedroom thinking over the past few days. His first conclusion was something he already kinda knew: Dick got people in a way he didn't. He was great at figuring out what had happened or what was going to happen with the physical evidence, but he wasn't so great with the Human element.
His room suddenly filled with the other children of the Wayne household. "Well?" Jason asked impatient.
Tim didn't get normal humans but he could understand what his older brother meant, they were all waiting to hear his observations and final verdict, the fact they trusted him to make that decision filled him with a bit of a pride. He could even tell that Jason was in a pretty good mode, from the events of the weekend.
Tim had actually retreated to the Batcave each night while Wally chased down his younger siblings, and watched the crime traffic, and listened to the idle chatter of his older brothers. Jason was still a little too reckless if all of Dick's admonishments meant anything. Jason, being Jason laughed off his worries, though Tim at least hadn't missed his whispered confession that he was only fighting like that because he knew Dick had his back.
"Drake!" Tim blinked and brought his mind back to the matter at hand: 'was Wally West the kind of person we want around our beloved(Damian, and Jason would deny that bit but Tim knew it was true) older brother'. Throughout the weekend he had shown he was willing to put up with them for Dick's sake, that he trusted Dick, and both seemed happy with the other around, not that Dick was melancholy often, but Wally always seemed to know how to make Dick laugh, so he got points for that.
He was also not above using his powers for playing pranks, or speed-stealing food from his or Dick's hand. He had terrible manners, and played a prank on Alfred.
"So in short, he's a terrible influence-" Jason started.
"Like a particularly stupid dog given human form." Damian added.
"But, he makes Dick happy, even when he's relating some stupid thing he did." Tim finished.
Cassandra gave a thumbs up and they all nodded.
"Not that we have to make things easy for the red-headed idiot to get too close to Dick." Jason said.
Tim didn't know what Jason meant but something in the sentence resounded in Tim so he nodded. "I wonder what his grades look like. I should look into that."
"He needs to practice dodging deadly flying things." Damian suggested clutching his throwing knives.
"And Cass can 'help' him with his close-quarters, if he makes any funny moves." Their plan of action for the future decided the b(r)ats convened to their separate room to finish any leftover homework, or think of other ways they could 'help' Wally. They were mostly doing the latter.
It was when Dick was cussing him out for staying up too late that Tim figured out what Jason was worried about. He decided he would watch the redhead more closely to make sure he was right for Dick
