1330: Received request from M. Houlihan RN at clinic to perform welfare check on J. Ford MD who had not reported to work for several days.
Attempted call and message of Dr. Ford with no answer. Obtained key from hotel staff. Knock unanswered.
1345: Room entry effected with key. Sweep of apartment showed M. Ford in bed grieving husband. Husband's things gone, and name missing from registry, points to routine village disappearance.
1350: Provided emotional support. Encouraged J. Ford to take nourishment and exercise. Citizen complied.
1445: Citizen denied suicidal ideation, stated intention to return to work Monday 21Sep. This detective felt it safe to leave J. Ford under her own cognizance.
1450: Reported results of check to M. Houlihan.
