back on the wagon

i appear to be back on the wagon both new-years-res-wise & gym-wise, as i am going shortly after i finish this.

today i noticed that i hate accordion post-it notes. they take a convenient invention and manage to imbue it with inconvenience.

also i never realize how incompetent i feel on a daily basis until i notice how competent i feel when i feel competent.
