I don't want to be here
I am tried of working. After a 50 hour + week I had to come in on Saturday to prepare for a trial I have today. It is minor as far as trials go so no one felt the need to tell me I had it until Friday at 4. Of course minor to everyone else is not minor to me, considering I have done one trial before. Then to make matters worse one of the partners said he would help me prep on Saturday and he just decided not to show up. I found someone else who wqas here to bounce stuff off of, and I think I am ready, but I feel pissed off and taken for granted.
I know I am on the bottom of the attorney food chain in my office and that that will be over in 6 months or so, but they have never made me feel like this before. Its not a good way to start off the week.
