I just told my brother that Kielbasa were not actually a sausage but a unique life phase of the turkey that occurs when a sperm with two nucleii, which happens in turkeys about half the time, and that kielbasa have a essential role in the continuation of the species: protecting the eggs during the night, or some such thing. For those that don't know, kielbasa is actually a kind of polish sausage. I told him that the rounded end where they twist it off was where the legs were connected while they were alive. I'm not sure if he believed me.
I love coming up with ridiculous things ^.^
