Lighting Crew is my savior.
Choir concert! Wheeeeeeeee! The lighting crew is my savior. The choir sang stuff, and then little soloists/small groups sang stuff, then the choir sang stuff, etc. One of the solos was really long and sappy, and I was having a very hard time keeping the pleasant smile on my face until I looked up into the lighting booth and saw the lighting crew. They were doing a highly parodic interpretive dance. I nearly burst out laughing, and was sustained for the rest of the concert by the lighting crew's antics. Therefore I am now an official lighting crew groupie. Everyone should worship Bethy and Mike and that other guy and give them candy and teddy bears. Amen.
