I'm back in the gym! I've been running with Migo in Gritty Grotto at the U of M. It's been good so far... I'm happy that I'm not making anymore excuses for not going to the gym. My aim is to lose a good 7 lbs...(the more the better... I'm saying 7 lbs. just as a lower goal) and to be healthy and strong.. to turn my fl(ab)s to some form of (ab)s. Not sure if I'm making any sense....
