My weekend in general... :)
Alright, so everyone..this was my prom weekend and contest for orchestra small ensemble weekend.
So, I woke up early (at 7) for my first ensemble. The one that I've been practicing forever and the last month have gotten bad at. I was so nervous too. :/ And basically, I felt like I dragged the entire group down. I hate it when parents clap and then tell you you played well when you know you didn't and then afterwards they give you that 'look'.. I can't stand it. :/
But I waited till I got into the car to cry. I would never cry in front of my friends, they don't need to see it.
So I got home and slept for about two hours and went for my other ensemble. I wasn't nervous, I was just ready to get it over with. So we played and eh, we did okay.
I found out later (today-ish) that the judges were extremely hard. My first ensemble got a 2 and my last one got a 4. So, I guess getting a 2 is pretty good really. I still feel bad though.
But, I didn't care. IT WAS TIME TO GET READY FOR PROM!!!!!
So, it didn't take too long. My mom is really good at hair and makeup. She did Alyssa's as well, which really suited her. We looked gorgeous. Then, my date Brenton came to pick me up. He looked very handsome. He's good eye candy. Though, I found out that there's no chemistry. :/ I just don't feel that way for him. Oh well.
So we took millions of pictures it seemed like. haha. Some...... interesting pics hahaha! I'll show you if you want me to.
So everyone was in a blue dress, it was rather odd O.o We all looked super gorgeous :D even the men.. they were very handsome.
We went to Osaka.. Japanese steak house. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM goooooooooood stuuuuuuuf!!! omg... awesome.
Then, with some rather stupid complications... we were at Prom. Harrison and Candince won prom king and queen... HOORAY! We so wanted them to win :) They're both really great people.
Prom was cool, got to slow dance FOR THE FIRST TIME ... zomgzomg.. xD eh, it was okay. A bit too ... slow. I think I have dancing ADD or something. I couldn't stand to stand still. Oh well. Dancing was cool. Amanda got a little sick though and of course, Savage was angry with Mallory, but there wasn't you know, a major confrontation, but Mal did leave early. ( I just heard from Aaron there's a possibility they may break up :O )
So, we decided to check out after prom. Which was kinda boring. But apparently there was something to do in the gym.. but noone told me that. :/ I'll go next year.
So we went to Alyssa's house and watched Fight Club. OOWT! Cindy's date Drew was really cool. He'd never seen FC, nor had Ben. Alyssa went to bed early, but we stayed up and stuff. Haha.
Beak and Rachel showed up eventually. WE goofed off and talked about weird things. Then we decided we were hungry. But we had to drop Ben off at his house. And Beak and Rachel stayed there to watch a movie. So Cindy and Drew and me and amanda went to IHOP. OMG... pancakes are AWESOME.
Cindy and Drew went home, and me and amanda went to my house to pick up contact stuff and then crashed at Alyssa's. Awesome Night. And me and Amanda did that whole deep conversation stuff at like Five in the morning, we usually do that anyway.
We finally got up at 4 in the afternoon but only after my mom called xD
Still pretty tired though hehe.
Went shopping and got new black capri's and a very nice black lace up corset top. Very shexay xD
Got homework done and somehow got enough sleep for today. So yes, A very awesome weekend really :). I am happy :)
