So I was at Fuel yesterday at Eastview Christian Church. We had a cookout before the service. One thing that interested me most during the service is that sometime in the upcoming weeks, volunteers are going to get together for a trip to Chicago. Basically, they will see what it's like to live homeless. You can't bring anything with you, just money for gas to get up there. They drop you off, and pick you back up in three days.
They're doing this to get a glimpse that God provides just as much if not moreso in the homeless than in your own lives.
