My basically brand new, 6 month old beautiful Macbook Pro baby just died. Stopped doing things. My brother thinks the harddrive is having dying problems. I don't know what's exactly happening with it, but all my schoolwork from this year is on it and I was stupid and DON'T HAVE A BACKUP

Aren't you still under warranty though? I'd take it to the apple store, cause those kids know what they're doing. And event if it isn't they might help you (like when I needed my hard drive replaced and I wasn't covered under apple care anymore, he told me how to do it for cheap instead of having someone else do it)

Yeah, same. The thing that's sort of off putting for me is the fact that the main characters aren't really friends. That's what was so great about BoB, the interpersonal relationships and fact that these guys genuinely cared about one another made everything seem that much more real and that much more heartbreaking when someone was lost or something truly dramatic happened. It is getting better though. I think the first episode was kinda weird just because they were trying to get everyone's story going all at the same time too, but it's found its footing in the second and things are a lot smoother. there's no way I'll love it as much as BoB obviously, but I'll probably still buy it on dvd and watch it more than once.

OMG, BAND OF BROTHERS TWO, T.HANX NEEDS TO GET ON THAT. Liebgott and Webster could live together and it could be like the odd couple. Or something. It would be so shitty but so awesome.

Everyone in that movie except Eion and Zoë are such shit actors. I know they're all ballerinas irl and not actors, but seriously. Yet I watch it whenever they have it on TV. Go figure.

It's also so odd to watch it and know he filmed BoB in the same year. Center stage feels so old compared to it.
