Anyone knows?

I'm looking for examples of alienation effect in Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness and Hemingway's And The Sun Also Rises, to compare with Camus' The Stranger.

And I can't find any.

Anyone know of one little example of alienation in either of the first two?
