A Disney Epiphany

My son LOVES Mickey's Clubhouse. He knows all the characters names, and gets SO excited when it comes on tv and he has to dance and sing to all the songs...I guess this means I have to like Disney now :P See, I've never really cared about Disneyland or Disney in general. I've always liked Disneyworld cuz well, it's awesome but not because it had anything to do with Disney. I was thinking about it and I think part of why I don't see the appeal of Disneyland is because I never grew attached to those characters as a kid. Disney was always on cable and we didn't have cable so I didn't grow up watching those characters. In fact, I didn't even realize Mickey was still on tv until I watched the Disney channel in Anaheim when we went last year. I always wondered why little kids cared about Disneyland because there weren't any current Mickey cartoons :P Guess I was just a tad out of the loop. But now I appear to have a Mickey Mouse fanatic on my hands so I guess I need to embrace the Mickey Mouse bandwagon.
