My parents have been up at my sister's house for the past week or so. While they were there my sister had some work done on the furnace in the house, which hasn't been working right.
Two guys showed up to do the work.
One of them seemed to be quite smitten with my 3 year old niece. He fawned over her quite a bit. He told her several times what a pretty girl she was. He had a some sort of thermometer for checking the furnace and he showed it to my niece and said something like 'lets check your temperature' and held it against her skin and said "oh yah, you're a little hottie".
Every time he went near Evangaline the dog growled at him and stood nearby.
My mom didn't like him. My sister didn't like him.
At one point while he was in the garage with my sister he said something to her about how pretty her daughter was. My sister said 'yah, but she's a mess today, her hair is all wild and stuff' and he said "oh, that's the way I like them"
Anyways, to cut to the chase, they were bothered by this guy so much when my brother in law came home from work he went online and it turns out the guy is a sex offender.
