Melinoe Lestrange
Appearance: Black hair shoulder length, pale Blue eyes, pale skin. Under average height, smallish, but still feminine. Small bust, wide hips. Pear shaped. Usually wears a stern pursed-lip look, though she smiles easily. Cherry Blossom tattoos along arms, chest, back and neck (possibly down legs). Stretched ear lobes. Sometimes seen in reading glasses (though not often).
Personality: Bit of a 'free spirit', though she acts completely the opposite during work hours. Likes all things Muggle, and was caught on more than one occasion with Muggle romance novels. She has a bit of a Sailor's Tongue, and will swear up a storm if left to her own devises.
Dress: Either appears very sternly dressed with high necked robes (to cover tattoos) and hair pulled into a tight neat bun. Otherwise she will be seen in a tank-top with baggy jeans.
