[You might be hearing the crying of a young woman, close to that of a child's in the darker part of the corridor. Here is one of the infected, a Witch to be exact, that resembles Kisara. If you come near it it will attack and kill you unless you can guard well enough - and I'm talking OHK-slice-your-innards-open-kill. Feel free to play games with a flashlight though. The main things that will startle her are brightlights and loud noises, if she growls she's getting ready to attack, and when she attacks you? She'll run at you screaming with hueg claw hands, and she's pretty damn fast.]
