[Because of the Gala requiring a nice outfit to the event and Orion lacks any sort of thing like that. He's browsing the nice tuxedo shops but he doesn't have a clue what to get. And he's not fond of wearing nice clothes. He'd rather go shirtless like he sometimes does around the DR.
