CAMPAIGN THREAD: THE DESERT WASTES
[[Small note before beginning- currently, Brooklime is the only participating adventurer in this campaign; for that reason, I will be providing an NPC soon enough, whose account will make up most of the narrative portions of the thread. Anzu's account, in the meantime, will be switched with an alternate Anzu I have to give more appropriate icons as the 'villain', during moments she even bothers to appear.

The first thing you will realize is that this is not 'home'.
You awake on a slab of stone covered in hay, with the scent of old candles around you. As your eyes adjust, you will discover someone heavily cloaked, face hidden, seems to be sleeping on a stool nearby- a tray sits near them, and your things are neatly placed near the end of the 'bed'.
This person seems to have been caring for you, but where is this? It's completely dark save for the candles. One could even liken it to a tomb.
