[Craving chocolate, of course. How he got out from Ryuuzaki's watchful eye is a mystery, but he's in a cafe, sitting at the table.
Amusingly enough, the Noise poisoning he's dealing with have pretty much convinced the NPC's that he's ill from a fever, despite his claims to the contrary. As a result, he wasn't allowed to order anything except hot chocolate. (He eventually acquiesced once they mentioned adding extra milk into it.) Somehow, they've also managed to get an orange, rather thick scarf around his neck (presumably to give him something to cough into?), so he's sitting at a table and looking much more ill than he thinks he appears, cradling a cup of hot, steaming chocolate.
Approach? Or possibly avoid, given that his pale skin and red flushed cheeks do make a rather alarming picture.]
