Okay, first of all, is that blood on his apron?
Second, is that an unbound, one-breasted chest on him there?
...Why yes, it is. He appears to be holding a knife -- it's clean, unlike his clothing spattered with blood and dirt, as though it has yet to be used... but something's not quite right with this picture. Not just the fact that he seems to be clearly hermaphroditic, but his movements are jerky and anything but graceful, and his eyes are Yubel-colored and have even lost a bit of their luster, like he hasn't slept in days.
Obviously this means you should pester him! Possibly at your own risk?!
EDIT: Also, oh yeah, his nametag reads "Broccoli". Silly me.]
