Challenge #10!
After an extremely long hiatus, much confusion, and the general-ness of not enough people knowing about us, WE ARE BACK! I apologize profusely for Challenge #9 never getting resolved; I will unscreen the entries shortly so that people can see the few submissions we had, and gank them with permission.
But for Challenge #10 and all challenges onward, we will keep a regular schedule, regardless of the number of submissions! We'd like to have at least five submissions a week (that's five DIFFERENT people submitting, not five total icons), so please keep watching us!
The same old standard rules apply, but if you're a first time icontester, you might want to give the User Info/Rules a look see. When you're ready to participate in the icontest, click on the cut: This week's challenge is Movie Night! Interpret the theme as you will, but make your icons somehow related to our offtopic theme! You can use ANY Yu-Gi-Oh imagery, though with fanart and the like, we ask that you credit the original artist. If you can't credit the artist, don't use their art!
As always, icons of any style are welcomed-- that means animated or still, colorful or black and white, funny or serious, etc. etc. They have to be no more than 100x100 and no more than 40KB in size though, so they adhere to LJ standards.
Post your entries (up to 2 icons per person) to this post by February 18th, 2006 at 11:59pm PST. Convert to your timezone as necessary.
BONUS! If you somehow incorporate one or all of the following
* Valentine's Day
* Romantic/Date Movies
* Cheesy Pick-up lines
into your icon(s), you will be entered into a SPECIAL CATEGORY and may get a SPECIAL PRIZE!
