OOC: Some Stuff
It's like 5am here right now, and just before I sign off to bed, I'd like to make a couple of quick notes for you guys:
◊ The next issue of the Gazette comes out April 5 and as of this posting, we have 0 articles for it. Eeek. Try to throw something my way by responding to this post here and remember that we have an advice column, classifieds, and letters to the editor as well as the actual articles.
◊ The DCEA dinner is going spectacularly! Almost 300 comments and dinner is just being served. In another day or so I'm going to have the Dance comment posted and people can move from dinner to dancing at that point, but I'd like to see some more conversations over meals especially since we spent some time on the seating arrangements for maximum stress on some characters!
◊ We've added newly adoptable characters to the User Info! Although we are not accepting OC's (original characters) we have added quite a few new options including GX characters so people have some more choices. I'm just thrilled with the quality and participation so far and I'd like to have more people join in the fun, so please shamelessly pimp this comm spread the word!
◊ As a housekeeping note, please remember to try and post to your character's journals at least once a week. Some of you have let me know that you're unable to do so right now, and that's fine, but with people taking up more than one journal, I don't want characters to be neglected. If, for any reason, you are no longer able to continue with your journal, please email me or find me on AIM. (Please note, this is NOT directed at ANY current players, this is just for everyone's reference for the future.)
