Yay
Yesterday I picked up my plane tickets for Thailand, I will be there for just under a month in Janurary-Feburary and will be there for my birthday, though I have not decided exactly what to do on the day.
I will be flying into Bangkok where I was going to go on the intrepid travel 'Taste of Thailand'
http://intrepidtravel.com/trips/TSP two days after arriving but that one was booked out so I now have about ten days to kill and I haven't decided what to do with them exactly.
After the intrepid I plan to head down to the Southern peninsular for some diving - either in the Andaman sea or in the gulf - still reading.
I definitely want to make time for some Thai massage -LOTS of Thai massage, for the tiger temple and a couple of the marine national parks. A few of the of the old royal residences in Bangkok are a must and I will almost certainly spend some time shopping because how can one resist.
Anyone with comments or suggestions is welcome....
