YGMB Rules and Sign-Ups Post.
A traditional "Big Bang" is a fic challenge in which participants write a story of at least 50,000 words in length. In K-Pop, this length has been shortened to 10,000 words. In this community, the wordcount is up to the writers. Drabblists might try to stretch themselves to one or two thousand words. Writers who are already there might like to try 5,000 words, and longfic of 10,000 words or more is welcome. Artists would ideally choose among fics, or if they like submit an original piece. The point of this challenge is mainly to encourage more writing in the YG fandom and to foster a sense of community among its writers. :)
Rules for Writers
1. Pairings in the YG Multibang must include members of YG Family (Gummy, Jinusean, 1TYM, 2NE1, et cetera). Let's hold off on the crossovers for this.
2. Fics can be gen, slash, or het, "canon" or AU. Let your imagination run wild.
3. Do not post your fic anywhere until the multibang is over.
4. A beta post will be set up in this journal as needed; I recommend all fics in this challenge be looked over by a beta reader.
5. Your fic must meet the length you've set for yourself. You cannot change this length at any time during the challenge.
Rules for Artists
1. Artists will choose among the drafts on June 16.
2. If artists choose not to create an illustration based on an existing fic, they may of course create an original piece. This piece would follow the same timeline.
3. Any kind of art is welcome.
