Hi, I have just returned from Taiwan~

Just wanted to inform you though, that the long curly pink wig at Jingbao was out of stock, and they do not do a long straight 90cmwig with long bangs in that steel grey colour. >.o The short pink wig however was available, so I could get that for you. Do you need the short and long pink wigs to match in colour? If you want, I can take a look for you in HK for a long curly wig that's a similar colour and that's heat resist. I can probably also take a look for the long grey wig for you too, if you need. ^^

It's been a few days since I've made it back to HK and I'd like to send the parcel out asap, so please reply as to whether you would prefer a refund, or for me to find other wigs for you? I'll be sending the items out on Tuesday at the latest, so I would appreciate it if you could reply as soon as you can. If I don't receive a reply, I will just go ahead and send it out since other people are also waiting for their items... I hope you understand! /_\

I thought this thread was finished and a new one would start for shipping info?

Refund please if you can't find anything. we needed the pink to match. Heat resistant or not we have experience styling wigs. I can straighten regular kankelon.

Hi, we want to keep everything in one place (otherwise it'll be like you have to run here for the order content and run there for the shipping and other info) so it won't get confusing ^^

Actually, as you can see in this post, we have indeed been leaving messages + comments chasing up on this matter and Yeu has also PMed you a few days after I left comments here about this privately too in an attempt to reach you, but we never got a reply. /_\ Since this is a group order, and there are other people waiting for their orders, I had no choice but to send everything out without your reply ( ... )
