The main base of operations of the Alliance. This large mansion guards the border between the city and the ruins from the very edge of Anatole, near Lower Class Distict 3. It is the home of the primary Patrol officers. Rooms available!

The first of two Outposts. Situated behind lower class residential 1 (near the shore), it features a safehouse to hold civilians during emergencies. Rooms Available!
