All-purpose, gluten-free listing
Flist: pooka was recently diagnosed with celiac. I know evelynne is gluten-free, maguire708 is gluten-free, and just_carrie has celiac. Add to this list with your favorites, please!
Okay... here's my list of the stuff I keep in stock around my house:
Flours and mixes:
Chebe - plain
Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose
Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Biscuit and Baking mix (bisquik equivalent)
Rice flour
Tapioca Starch
Potato Starch
Brownies:
Foods By George pre-made. No eggs or milk, either.
Pamela's mix - so very, very fudgy! I make them in mini-bundt pans
Pasta:
Tinkyada. 7 minutes - 9 minutes. I go for 7 if I'll be reheating the leftovers and for 9 if it's a eat-all-now dish. The short pastas (penne, spirals) are vastly better than the long pastas (spaghetti, linguine) because they stick together so much.
Cookies:
Glutano - CoCo Cookies, Chocolate O's.
Kinnikinnick - also makes a chocolate sandwich cookie which is yummy.
Mi-Del gluten free gingersnaps (always good for a pie crust)
Pamela's Lemon Shortbread cookies
Pizza Crust-
Kinnikinnick, pre-bake it, then top it and bake more.
Chebe - more work but really crunchy and tasty.

Foods By George cheese pizzas.
Chocolate Chip Cookies -
Bob's Red Mill mix, as long as you're eating them fresh out of the oven. Otherwise, heavy bean taste.
Bread mix:
Bob's Red Mill Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix -in the white bread setting on my bread machine
Gluten-Free-Pantry French Bread Mix - as sticks or as foccacia in the oven
Frozen Breads:
Kinnikinnick English Muffins - good for breakfast and good as hamburger buns. Toast them first, though.
Whole Foods White Sandwich Bread - makes good sandwiches. :)
Kinnikinnick Glazed chocolate doughnuts make me imitate Homer Simpson
Against the Grain Gourmet rolls - contains milk but are amazing, even non-toasted.
Tortillas:
Food For Life Brown Rice tortillas behave just like the flour-containing kind. Awesome quesadillas.
Cakes:
Gluten-Free-Pantry white cake mix and spice cake mix.
Gluten-Free-Panrty coffee cake mix (best coffee cake ever!)
