Note to self:
Please do one of the following options:
1) Stop talking shit about people. This is the mature thing to do.
2) Start talking shit more quietly, in a place where you are sure that the subject of your conversation is not likely to overhear. This is immature, but possibly more satisfying.
I have been trying for years to start doing either. It is not going so well for me. I think I am a compulsive shit-talker.
