Another Day in Hell- It will be better soon.... :)
Things are troublesome for the moment, and demanding. I'm not feeling sorry for myself... so while I'm reading other people's journal's... not sure what I can offer up typically.
I can say if you watch the Dell commercial about the goth girl/preppy chick...... watch carefully at the end with the snake. I swear the goth chick cups her hand at the end like she's gonna grab a boob.( of the preppy girl)
I have a dreamcatcher, but it must be turned inside out.. it's catching all the good dreams and letting the nightmares through.
I wish the candidates would actually concentrate on the issues of the world instead of trying to insult the vietnam vets who all fought so bravely 35 years ago. Whether you went awol or fought bravely.... what about the war in Iraq which was declared over about a year ago already? and yet so many have died since... so now is it a police action( like the Korea war)?
What about Americans who need healthcare, or jobs... food for the hungry. What about becoming inventors again and becoming the leader in technology instead of just investors who won't release a product until marketing assures a big windfall for the shareholders...
They need to concentrate on what is good for America and her people. enuff with the what you did 35 years ago.
If mr. bush is the right guy, the past 3 plus years should be enough to get you back into the office. Just point out what you did.
drilling in the artic... stopping or attempting to stop mandatory testing of food for school children ( salmonella)
refusing to testify under oath about anything that involves national security and his actions...
invading Iraq and removing Saddam, which is costing so many their lives... protecting the oil fields while letting them pilage the museum with the earliest known artifacts of modern man (and woman). Tax cuts... for the upper 1 percent. These are good things to say let me have 4 more years.
I do admit many have done well with low interest rates on their homes... Thanks Alan Greenspan.
but just run on your records... the past 3 years... really tell people what you can do for your country. Then let us decide as a nation if we want your leadership. This country needs good leadership.
