Happy holidays, in of course, the best of ways!
It's time for us to say hello,
because it's christmas season now, "HOHO".
Everyone's spirits are rising up,
looking forward to the holiday sup.
So as the the holidays grow ever near,
the Riddler is once again here.
Back in black and oh so fine,
we're rocking lj, one journal at a time.
We've hit problemchild55, wings_get_u_hi,
and we've gotta say we're having a mighty good time.
Confusing people, one by one,
we don't think we've ever had so much fun.
However someone might be on to our trail,
so somehow we must cover our tracks, definitely without fail,
or unfortunately the riddler you will no longer see,
since we'll have to run off, no longer free,
to write our rhymes,
and enjoy these times,
because someone had to spoil our fun...
Someone...
They definitely know who they are,
and I'm pretty sure they want us to be a star,
so they won't tell if they know,
because they don't want to disrupt the peaceful flow.
The riddler has gone far and wide,
from the East to the West, from side to side,
we've travelled from the East Coast to the West,
and we still think that we're the best.
No one can match our rhymes,
and no one can match our clever lines.
But the riddler can sense a warning sign,
and the riddler will run if we sense it's time.
So please work hard, work fast,
but do accept that you'll come in last.
For the Riddler is rarely beat,
perhaps because we're always out on the street,
the riddler taunts,
the riddler flaunts,
our marevlous skills, our fancy rhymes,
because we know that no one is so fine.
So do your work, and figure out who we are,
but please don't tell the world who's the star,
because the Riddler wants to last,
and the Riddler's moves are tricky and fast.
So as soon as you think you've trapped us down,
we'll be out of your grip, gone before you can turn around.
So never underestimate the power of a rhyme,
and know that the Riddler is a sign.
A sign that things won't always last,
and that sometimes to have the best, you've got to move fast.
