Life is going good in Savannah. Money is finally coming in on a regular basis. So are the bills so that sucks. Savannah is a great town though so that makes up for it. Open Liqour Laws!
So got a call from the realtor apparently shit is rising in the backyard of DeLand house, literally, and buyer could potentially try to claim that we wrongly disclosed the house being on public sewer when it is really on septic. But it is on pubilc sewer. We theorize that she unplugged the sump pump which lifts the waste to sewer level. So we will see. Now we have to get proof from the City that we paid a sewer bill and that the property is on sewer. Bullshit.
Dan is chilling with us for awhile. Cool tunes and live banjo music is good. Human being to chill with also good.
