pirate shirt update
breaking news for those of you who have seen my newly thrifted, yellow, "a pirate looks at 50" shirt with a pirate and a boat on it....julie/automat has confirmed that this is in fact a JIMMY BUFFETT reference! there is no mention of mr. buffett on the shirt, but after "ladies 80's" at skully's we went back to julies and googled it. it is both a song and a book! that makes this shirt about 20x cooler than it already was! jimmy buffett and pirates? who knew?
it was nice to rock out with andita, rach, esther, anna, becka, the infamous zach starkey, the also infamous damon zex, the dj that couldnt decide what decade it was (sorry dude, nirvana is NOT 80's fare), the frat boy squad in charge of clearing out the bar, the assholes that spilled beer all over my entourage, no simple minds, but they did play biz <3
