One of President Bush's men runs into the Oval Office to give him bad
news. "Mr President.." he says "we've just had breaking news that 2
Brazilian soldiers have been killed".
"On no" said the President and buries his head in his hands.
At which point his chiefs of staff and aids are very surprised at this
outpouring of emotion from the president.
After a couple of minutes the president looks up and asks:
"How many is a brazilian?"
