Dear family.
I loath all of you.

Telling me to apologize doesn't mean that I even close to mean it. And you should know that. So why bother wasting your breath w/ the request and my breath with the bullshit?

Asswipe.

Oh. And stupid ass MC beat me today. Bitch. Way to ruin my life even more.

This time next year you'll be away at college, and trust me when I say that you'll regret anything you ever said negatively about your family. Not many families could get more dysfunctional than mine, but when all was said and done, I found myself wishing I had taken back everything I ever doubted about them. When you're thrown out into the real world, regardless of how close you are with your friends or boyfriend, you will find out that your true support system is your family. They brought you into this world, they're most likely the reason you are able to attend college, and even when they know that the reason you flip out on them is because of your age and slight immaturity, they'll still love you unconditionally and won't ever give up on you. Hope I gave you a little bit of a more optimistic outlook on things. You may not understand now, but you will eventually. :)

Just for the record: I am the reason I'm going to college. I'm the one that took all honors and AP courses and did well in them. I'm the one that is taking out $17,000 in student loans every year for four years. I'm the one that wrote the essay and filled out the applications. Not them. Me.

And calling my family a support system is a joke.

Like I said, there's no way you'll understand it now, I never did either. But in September when you're living somewhere completely new with unfamiliar faces and completely on your own, you'll take advantage of the time you do get to spend with them. Once you're out of high school you realize that most of bullshit you have to deal with from your parents is just stupid, petty little things. College lets your whole perspective of your family change.
