Trying to drink less soda is so difficult. I am such an addict. I was able to mostly quit throughout my pregnacy (a million years ago) because it was for E. I haven't been able to cut back/quit (for long) since. Yesterday I got my usual, can of Dr. Pepper, at lunch and managed to only drink half the can. However, the rest of the can called to me from the trash the remainder of the day. Dinner was easier. I poured myself just enough to wash down dinner. Surprisingly, it was enough. Today I couldn't see buying another can and wasting it. So I bought a 24oz bottle instead. Drank a bit and put the rest in the fridge in my office for the rest of the week. Hopefuly I can go totally soda free tonight and cut back a bit at a time.
